Program Dates for Antarctic Season 2010/2011

• Antarctic briefing followed by refreshments in Punta Arenas, Chile one day prior to departure.
• Transfers to and from airport for Antarctic flights.
• Round trip flight from Punta Arenas Chile to Antarctica, including 66lb/30kg luggage allowance.
• All programmed flights within Antarctica.
• Meals and accommodations while in the Antarctic.
• Group camping equipment, sled, and harness for expedition.
• Support of Expedition Guide and staff Physician throughout your journey.
• Celebration dinner at Patriot Hills, after achieving the Pole.
• Use of recreational equipment while in Patriot Hills Camp. (as schedule permits)
• Guided trekking, light climbing tours and activities around Patriot Hills area and foothills. (as schedule permits)
• Official ANI South Pole customized certificate.

• Commercial flights to and from Punta Arenas Chile.
• Any meals and accommodation other than while in Antarctica.
• Airport transfers other than those for Antarctic flights.
• Personal camping or skiing equipment, clothing.
• Any additional expenses incurred in Punta Arenas due to delays.
• Any baggage costs over the confirmed program allowance.
• Cost for the use of telephone whilst in Antarctica.
• Insurance Coverage - personal, medical, evacuation or otherwise.
